Please read the CheapFlightsOnline Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") carefully before using this site.
By using this site, you unconditionally agree and accept to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you must not use this site.

Statutory Warranties
Certain legislation (including the Trade Practices Act 1974) may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified except to a limited extent. If such statutory provisions apply, to the extent to which JETABROAD PTY LIMITED is entitled to do so, the liability of each will be limited at their option to:
(a) in the case of supply of goods, the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or acquiring equivalent goods, the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired or the repair of the goods, and
(b) in the case of services, the supply of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having the services performed again.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JETABROAD PTY LIMITED ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THIS SITE OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO OR AUDIO FROM THE SITE.

Further, Jetabroad's liability to you in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, under statute or otherwise will be reduced to the extent, if any, to which you contributed to the loss or damage. In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to CheapFlightsOnline without any liability whatsoever, CheapFlightsOnline may, at any time and without notice, terminate or restrict your access to and/or of any component of this site. Some territories do not allow limitation of liability, so to that extent the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

You hereby consent and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales in all questions and controversies arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions, its performance and your use of this site.
14. Legal fees and other legal expenses
If CheapFlightsOnline or any its affiliates take any action to enforce the Terms and Conditions, such parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all legal fees and expenses and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.
15. Injunctive relief
You acknowledge that a violation or attempted violation of any of the Terms and Conditions will cause such damage to CheapFlightsOnline as will be irreparable, the exact amount of which would be difficult to ascertain and for which there will be no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, you agree that CheapFlightsOnline shall be entitled as a matter of right to an injunction (including a temporary injunction) issued by any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by you, or your affiliates, partners, or agents, as well as to recover from you any and all costs and expenses sustained or incurred by CheapFlightsOnline in obtaining such an injunction, including, without limitation, all legal fees and expenses.
16. Termination
CheapFlightsOnline may terminate the Terms and Conditions and/or the provision of any of the products and services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with the Terms and Conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which CheapFlightsOnline may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of the Terms and Conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to CheapFlightsOnline and its third party providers or distributors, as applicable.
